1. No Refund Policy

All purchases of digital diamonds are final and non-refundable once the transaction is successfully completed and the diamonds are credited to the user's account.

Digital diamonds are considered instantly delivered digital services/products. Since the service is delivered immediately after successful payment, refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will not be provided after successful delivery.

2. User Confirmation Before Purchase

Before completing any purchase, users are required to review the purchase amount carefully, confirm the selected diamond package, and accept our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Users have multiple diamond pack options available and may choose the package according to their preference before completing payment.

The purchase confirms that: The purchase was made voluntarily.

The payment details were reviewed carefully.

The selected diamond pack was chosen by the user.

They understand that completed digital diamond purchases are non-refundable.

They understand the service is instantly delivered after successful payment.

3. Accidental Purchases

Skymute is not responsible for accidental purchases made by users. Users are advised to carefully verify all transaction details before confirming payment.

Additional confirmation steps may be implemented before payment completion to prevent accidental transactions.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If a user believes an unauthorized transaction occurred, they must contact our support team immediately with complete transaction details for investigation.

5. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but digital diamonds are not delivered due to a technical issue, users may contact support. After verification, the diamonds will either:

Be credited to the user's account, or

The failed transaction amount may be refunded if delivery was not completed.

6. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after successful delivery of digital diamonds may result in:

Account suspension or termination.

Restriction from future purchases.

Submission of transaction logs and delivery proof to payment providers for dispute resolution.
