Wallet Top-Ups & Recharges

Skymute Technology Private Limited operates a digital wallet system for user convenience.

No Cash Refunds: All funds added or recharged to the Skymute wallet are final. Once a recharge is successful, the balance cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or transferred back to a bank account, credit card, or any third-party payment gateway.

Finality of Credit: By recharging your wallet, you agree that these funds are intended solely for use within the Skymute platform.

Purchase of Paid Boxes

The Skymute platform allows users to use their wallet balance to purchase "Paid Boxes."

Instant Consumption: Because the contents or benefits of a Paid Box are assigned to the user account immediately upon purchase, all such transactions are non-refundable.

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges or wallet-credit reversals once a Paid Box has been selected and purchased.

Transaction Errors

In the event that a user is charged by their bank but the balance does not appear in their Skymute wallet:

The user must provide a valid Transaction ID and Receipt.

Skymute Technology Private Limited will investigate and credit the missing amount to the user's internal wallet balance.

No cash refunds will be issued for technical sync issues; the resolution will be provided as a wallet credit.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Skymute Technology Private Limited is not liable for, and will not refund, any wallet balance spent on Paid Boxes due to unauthorized account access or user error.

By using the Skymute platform and recharging your wallet, you move forward with the full understanding and acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
