This document contains the Terms & Conditions, Refund & Wallet Policy, and Content / Usage Policy for Skymute. By using Skymute, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Definitions

Skymute / We / Us / Our:

Skymute Technology Private Limited, the operator of the Services

Services:

The mobile application, website, web platform, and related services

LinkBox:

A link container created by users to store, organize, and share multiple links

APIBox / Media Box:

A frontend display container where users provide their own API; Skymute fetches and presents the content

Account Registration

Users must have a valid Google account to sign in

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

Users must provide accurate information; Skymute reserves the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information

Users must be at least 18 years old

User Obligations

Users are solely responsible for the content they create and share. Users must not create, upload, or share prohibited content:

Adult or pornographic material

Illegal or unlawful content

Copyright-infringing content

Hate speech, violent content, or terrorist-related material

Users must not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services

Users must respect the rights of other users and third parties

LinkBox & APIBox Usage

Users can create unlimited LinkBoxes; APIBoxes can only be created using Skymute's API structure

Each box is assigned a unique 3-digit box code

Users are responsible for any links, data, or APIs shared

Skymute is a frontend tool and does not control or verify APIBox content

Paid boxes must have accurate pricing; users are solely responsible for pricing and subscription terms

Users must not use boxes to host, share, or link prohibited content

Users must comply with local laws regarding data sharing and digital content

Payments and Digital Diamond Purchases

Users can purchase digital diamond packs through the payment methods officially provided by Skymute

Digital diamonds are instantly delivered virtual products/services after successful payment confirmation

Users can use digital diamonds within the Skymute app or website to access paid services, premium features, digital content, and other platform-related services

All digital diamond purchases are final and non-refundable once the diamonds are successfully credited to the user’s account

Users have multiple diamond pack options available and may choose the package according to their preference before completing payment

Payments must be made only through the approved payment methods provided by Skymute

Skymute is not responsible for accidental purchases, unauthorized transactions, incorrect package selections, or disputes caused by user negligence

Digital diamonds, balances, or purchased virtual items cannot be transferred outside the platform

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for successfully delivered digital diamond purchases

Users are responsible for reviewing the selected diamond package, amount, and transaction details before completing payment

Users must confirm and accept the Terms of Service and Refund Policy before making any transaction

Skymute reserves the right to investigate payment-related issues and, in rare cases involving verified technical failures where delivery was not completed, may provide a discretionary refund

Any approved refund, if applicable, will only be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction

Intellectual Property

Skymute owns the software, trademarks, and technology behind the Services

Users retain ownership of their own content but grant Skymute a license to display it on the platform

Users must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Any violation may result in account suspension and legal action

Content Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content to skymute@skymute.com with the box code and reason

Skymute may remove or suspend reported content at its discretion

Reports must be factual; false reporting may result in account action

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Skymute is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from user-generated content

Skymute is not liable for wallet usage, paid content, or third-party API failures

Skymute does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation

Skymute is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Services is at your own risk

Suspension & Termination

Skymute may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violations of terms or policies

Illegal activity

Repeated user complaints

Termination may be without prior notice

Termination does not absolve users from financial obligations incurred before termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India
